Balance and Strength Classes – Fareham
Classes are run by instructors specially qualified to teach exercises proven to reduce the chances of falling. Classes are based around strength and balance exercises. Classes are suitable for older people who are unsteady and will help them carry out their normal daily routines and improve balance.
