Havant and Waterlooville Primary Care, Dementia Support Team staff are running a Memory café in Denmead at the All Saints Church, Hambledon Road, on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 11:00-12:30pm.
They also run a memory café in Havant at the Pallant Centre, PO9 1BE, on the 3rd Thursday of every month 11-12:30.
There are refreshments, some times entertainment/speakers, useful information, and a chance to chat to others in similar positions, as well as getting help and advice from our dementia coaches.
Dementia support exists to improve the emotional and physical wellbeing of anyone, and everyone affected by dementia – be that the person with dementia, their family and friends, or their caregivers.
Information, advice and guidance including Dementia Advisor and Carer Support Worker services. Various group activities also available.

The Memory Café provides an opportunity for people living with memory loss, Alzheimer’s or other dementias and their carers to meet others for support, advice or just the opportunity to socialise in an informal but safe environment.
